Hey thanks for stopping by. If you’re a digital agency, web or graphic designer and want to sell SEO to your clients, then read on and check out what our white label SEO packages are all about. If you’re looking for $500/mo SEO packages for your clients, then our services are not for you. We only offer premium SEO packages and each client is unique.
Here is how we are different from other white label SEO providers:
– We are 100% transparent in what we offer.
– We only use extreme white-hat techniques. From all the projects we worked on, we NEVER were given a penalty from Google.
– We communicate what we are doing and when. You or your client is never left guessing.
– We do damn good work and can show you results.
Below I’m going to break out exactly what we do each month. Again you are never left guessing on what is being done. If you’re ready to book a call, do that below.
Your client’s site is the most important part of an SEO campaign. We jump in and start optimizing it right away. Important factors in our campaigns are:
– Site architecture with internal linking
– Content optimization and word count
– Site title tags and descriptions
– Conversion tracking
– User experience and site speed
– Alt tags, robots.txt file, keywords density, the list can literally go on and on!
Google wants to see a positive user experience so we can either make recommendations on what to fix, or our developers can jump in and fix the issues. Getting traffic to a website is awesome, but if it doesn’t covert then it’s useless. We want to bring more sales and leads to your clients.
In month 2 we jump into content and review what pages need to be created. If they are a local business we’ll create service and local pages. We’ll analyze their competitors so we know what they are doing for content on their websites and then we will plan our content to outperform theirs. There is no set amount of words each page should have but we tend to shoot for 500+ words per page. We’ll also help create a blog if the client does not have one.
We also start looking at your clients citations. These need to be consistent across the web. Their NAP (name, address and phone number) needs to be identical on sites like Google My Business, Yelp, Citysearch, Apple Maps, Bing Local and the dozen of others. We start cleaning them up before submitting their business to more directory/citation sites.
Now that we have the ball moving we jump into helping your clients get more reviews. We have our own platform ReviewRail but can also help them setup a strategy that works for their business. The three major reviews sites we focus on are Google, Yelp and Facebook.
In month 3 we start creating blog content. Our package includes 3 pieces of content a month. Sometimes they will be longer pieces and sometimes shorter. We might include a picture with a blog post and for another, leave it out. The reason we switch our process up is that Google doesn’t like patterns. They really don’t want you doing SEO for your clients, they want you running Adwords ads (which we can help with that too).
We’ve found that promoting their blog content with a Facebook ad brings in some traffic, plus helps the sites overall rankings. With each post we will promote it on Facebook for your client.
Month 4 and on…
This is where we’ll look at link building. SEO is a long process and all of it should never be done at one time. Since Google doesn’t want us to do SEO, we need to do it slowly and correctly. At this point we’ll see how much movement we’re getting. If we don’t see the dial moving all that much we’ll start building links. We’ll analyze their competitor and look for local opportunities.
Since we’re all about content each month we continue to create 3 blog posts a month. It’s good, quality content but we are also creating a silo on their site with this content. The internal linking strategy is mapped out. We’ll continue to push social traffic to these posts to help them get a boost in Google, plus get eyeballs on the posts.
Our Timelines and Guarantees
If a SEO company promises you anything you should run fast and far. It’s impossible to guarantee results. It’s also hard to gauge how long it will take. Is the competition tough? Is the site new? Are there any penalties? All of these factors come into play when figuring out how long it will take to rank. A very basic measure is that it could take 6-12 months to start seeing some action. Our goal is to get to page 6, then to page 4, then to page 2 and then to page 1.
We don’t guarantee results but we have also never failed.
Ours and Your Pricing
Each project is priced differently. We need to evaluate your client’s site before giving you a price. With that being said, our pricing starts at $1250/mo. But again, each project is different.
We are looking for partners to work with that have the same goals in mind for the client. Rank them higher in Google, get them more traffic, get them more leads and sales. We’ve worked with dishonest agencies that mark our fees up 4X. If you plan to charge your client 5K for our $1500/mo service, then we aren’t the right white label SEO partner for you. A good partnership is built on trust and that’s at the top of our list when looking for agencies to partner with.
